Understanding U.S. Higher Education System and Its Current Trends

The ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ organized together with a training event for Finnish higher education institution representatives, high school counselors, and students interested in opportunities in the U.S. The training covered U.S. post-secondary education system in its diversity, U.S. higher education institution accreditation practices as well as how U.S. institutions compare to one another. Also, current hot topics at U.S. universities and colleges as well as student experience in a U.S. university were highlighted. The ways ºÚÁÏÕýÄÜÁ¿ programs, services, and partnerships can be utilized to expand U.S. exchange opportunities were also discussed during the course of the event. Villanova University was featured as a U.S. university case example.
